Subject: Singapore Declaration by the President of the United States

The Save Korea Foundation USA exists to support and advocate free democratic capitalistic conservative governments for both South Korea and North Korea and strengthen the historical U.S. alliance with South Korea. Our commitment is to see one free independent democratic Korea allied with the U.S. in the Korean peninsula for the peace and prosperity of the region.
The upcoming summit with the United States and North Korea in Singapore is the golden opportunity for the U.S. to send a strong message to the world declaring that totalitarian dictatorial expansionism is no longer acceptable in theglobal community in the 21 st century, as President Reagan declared in 1989 before the Berlin Wall. Free democratic global communities need to unite to warn dictators to give freedom to their own people by tearing down walls of control and abuse. The expansionism of totalitarian governments like North Korea, Syria, Iran and China should not be allowed to continue unchecked.
The Indo-Pacific Line has to be accepted and corporately supported by the Asian Pacific Rim nations to prevent illegal expansionism and abuse of human rights of their own citizens.
Especially, North Korea since its inception has expended vast resources in illegal attempts to develop nuclear weapons and missiles to communize the southern half of the Korean peninsula. The dictatorial 3-generation Kim family dynasty has caused significant damage in dehumanizing both Koreas. Kim¡¯s cultic religion of idolatry needs to be removed as the complete, verifiable, irreversible denuclearization (CVID) process is accomplished.

From this perspective, I sincerely appeal you following points:
1. For over the 70 years the Kim family has violated every single agreement made at conference tables.
According to humanitarian aid workers for North Korea, all their agreements and promises have been violated. It is a proven fact that any agreement that you make with Kim during the Singapore summit will not be an exception. You should remember North Korea would not give up their nuclear weapons and missiles at any cost.
2. You should remember that President Moon of South Korea is an irrecoverable, fixed communist who is more on the side of North Korea and PRC than the U.S. and its allies. He violates the traditional US and Korean alliance relationship which began in 1953 after the Korean War. It is significant for us conservative pro-American Koreans both in Korea and abroad that Moon is more adversarial toward bringing complete peace in the entire Korean peninsula than Kim in the North. Moon¡¯s role has to be neutralized in the process of CVID as soon as possible.
3. The Panmunjom peace conferences between South and North proved that Moon shared high level security information by handing over a USB to Kim and they had very serious dialog privately. There has been no report of the agenda and scope of the second Panmunjom conference.
His approach undoubtedly demonstrates that he is already making a commitment with Kim to turn South Korea over to the Pyongyang government and expel all U.S. military installations in South Korea.
4. The U.S. needs a strong alliance with the Korean peninsula in order to maintain global leadership in the Pacific Rim. At the present time South Korea is facing a tremendous crisis point of defenselessness since Moon became president with his anti-U.S. and pro-North Korea and PRC policies.
The South Korean military and their generals including the defense minister have very low morale and they are losing their strategy and power to defend against North Korean infiltration. The military leadership of the U.S. needs to make a quick evaluation on the position of South Korea¡¯s military leadership and the safety of the American personnel and facilities in South Korea.

We sincerely hope that you will carefully consider our appeal, we salute your strong leadership, and we wish you continued success.
